1. Introduction
Welcome to Digital Mindster ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a digital marketing education platform operated by Supreme and Beyond, a legal entity of Mohammed Baleeq Ahmed, with its principal place of business in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
By accessing or using the Platform, including our website, membership programs, courses, live sessions, community spaces, or the Skill Gap Scorecard, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We'll post the effective date at the top of this page whenever it changes.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" means the Digital Mindster website, membership programs, courses, live sessions, community channels, and the Skill Gap Scorecard.
- "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Supreme and Beyond, a legal entity of Mohammed Baleeq Ahmed, and the Digital Mindster platform.
- "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
- "Content" means all course material, frameworks, templates, videos, written material, and other resources made available through the Platform.
- "The Mindster Framework™" means the proprietary six-stage curriculum structure (Mindset, Intelligence, Strategy, Architecture, Command, Results) developed by Digital Mindster.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or purchase any Digital Mindster program. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Skill Gap Scorecard and free resources may be accessed by users under 18 only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Programs and Membership Tiers
Digital Mindster offers structured membership tiers (currently Connected, Complete, and Capital) built around The Mindster Framework™, along with standalone workshops and diagnostic tools such as the Skill Gap Scorecard.
- Current pricing, inclusions, and cohort capacity for each tier are shown on the Platform at the time of enrollment. Prices are subject to change without affecting active enrollments already paid for.
- Some tiers (including the Connected tier's 100-Day Foundation Program) operate on a capped-cohort basis. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received and a seat is formally allocated to you; browsing or starting a checkout does not reserve a spot.
- Enrollment fees are one-time payments per program tier unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. If a program is ever offered on a recurring or installment basis, the billing terms will be disclosed clearly before you pay.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, which may include Razorpay, Stripe, or UPI-based methods. We do not store your full payment card details; these are handled directly by our payment processors.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be added as required under Indian law.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate. We are not liable for failed enrollments caused by incorrect or declined payment information.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances: a documented technical fault on our end preventing access to purchased content within 7 days of enrollment. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, non-completion of a program, or dissatisfaction with results, given the educational and effort-dependent nature of the Content.
7. Access to Content, Live Sessions & Community
- Course content is delivered through the Platform and is available for the duration specified for your tier.
- Live sessions may be conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools, and may be recorded for quality assurance, training, or re-use as course material. By attending live sessions, you consent to being recorded where cameras are on.
- Community spaces (including Telegram and WhatsApp groups where applicable) are for peer learning and direct engagement. We expect respectful conduct: no solicitation of other members for unrelated products or services, no redistribution of Content shared inside the community, and no harassment of other members or staff. We reserve the right to remove any user from community spaces for violating these expectations.
8. The Skill Gap Scorecard
The Skill Gap Scorecard is a free diagnostic tool. Your responses generate a score and band placement based on our internal scoring methodology. This tool is intended for self-assessment and educational purposes only, it is not a certification, professional assessment, or guarantee of skill level. Information you submit (including name, email, phone number, and your responses) may be used to route your results and to follow up with relevant educational content, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Earnings and Results Disclaimer
Digital Mindster provides education. We do not guarantee that any user will secure a job, promotion, client, or specific income outcome as a result of completing our programs. Any results, testimonials, or case studies referenced on the Platform reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results for you. Your outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and prior experience. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or career advice, and you should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on anything you learn here.
10. Intellectual Property
All Content, including The Mindster Framework™, course materials, the Skill Gap Scorecard methodology, templates, and brand assets, is the proprietary property of Supreme and Beyond and/or Mohammed Baleeq Ahmed, protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property law.
Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access Content for your own learning. You may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share Content in any form
- Record and republish live sessions or course videos outside the Platform
- Use The Mindster Framework™ or any proprietary terminology to build or market a competing product or service
- Claim authorship of Content provided through the Platform
We reserve the right to reference student outcomes, testimonials, or success stories in our marketing, only with your prior written consent.
11. Account Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when enrolling and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
12. Third-Party Services
The Platform relies on third-party tools to operate, including but not limited to Razorpay, Stripe, HubSpot (for lead and enrollment management), Swipe Pages (for the Skill Gap Scorecard), Zoom, Google Meet, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag. Your use of these integrated services is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data practices of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to make sure the Platform runs the way it should, but no online service is ever completely free of issues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Mindster and Supreme and Beyond are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost income, lost opportunities, or technical interruptions outside our control. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
This limitation doesn't affect any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Mindster, Supreme and Beyond, and Mohammed Baleeq Ahmed from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, including non-payment, unauthorized redistribution of Content, or conduct that harms other users or the community. Where reasonably possible, we'll notify you of the reason before terminating access.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. All legal proceedings shall reference Supreme and Beyond as the contracting entity.
